Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Waikiki resort complex has a total of 68 guest rooms, including 33 one bedroom self catering apartments, 33 studio flats and a further 2 Suites, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, and either terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, one apartment has also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, a small on site supermarket, laundry and medical services, a pool side snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground along with beach volley and paddle tennis court.
