Built in 1989, the modern low rise Waikiki resort complex has a total of 68 guest rooms including 33 self catering apartments, 33 studio flats and 2 suites that are built over 2 floors, and set amidst 4,000m² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds as well as a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include 24 hour reception areas with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, a games room, public internet terminals, small on site supermarket, laundry service, as well as a buffet style restaurant and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground along with beach volley and paddle-tennis court.
