Built in 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999, the modern Martinique complex has a total of 211 one bedroomed self catering apartments which are divided between 2 five storey blocks and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open-plan kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, cutlery and crockery for 4 people, a combined lounge/dining area with two additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children’s playground, a tennis court, mini golf as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Martinique Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
