Built in 1985, the modern low rise Leo complex has a total of 25 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between 9 two storey accommodation blocks and set amidst 3,500mē of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

Many of the apartments are air conditioned, which are available for a small fee payable locally, and all come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric oven and fridge, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, ceiling fan, satellite television with English channels and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception desk with currency exchange services along with a luggage room for late departures, laundry and medical services and a lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols along with a children's play area.
