Built in 1960 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2000, the traditional Hotel Sis Pins has a total of 51 guest rooms, including 49 twin rooms and a further 2 singles, which are built over 2 floors. There are several room types available, including standard rooms which are located at the side of the hotel; standard rooms with a balcony which are at the back overlooking the Formentor Road and in the interior of the hotel overlooking the courtyard and patio; interior rooms with a patio which are in the interior of the hotel, each have a sun bathing area with tables, chairs, parasols and loungers and balcony rooms which enjoy magnificent views of Puerto Pollensa. There are also four 'Gran Terraza' rooms, each equipped with table, chairs, parasol and loungers.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, fridge and both tea and coffee making facilities. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services and lounge bar with satellite television.
