The 4 star Hotel Saratoga is situated a few steps from the centre of the historic City of Palma on the central south coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 8km west of the Son San Joan International Airport, and many of the Palma tourist attractions including the Paseo Marítimo and Cathedral are only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Built in 1962 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Hotel Saratoga has a total of 187 guest rooms, including 157 twin rooms, 10 singles, 16 Junior Suites and a further 4 Suites, which are built over 7 floors around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with the air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with complimentary unlimited WiFi access, laundry and medical services, and a lounge bar.

For business guests, the Hotel Saratoga also offers the use of four large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 135 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including high speed WiFi internet access.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of two large freshwater swimming pools. The first is set amidst spacious sun terraces in a quiet garden on the ground floor, and the other is on the top floor of the hotel, from where there is a splendid view of the city. Other leisure facilities include a sauna and gymnasium along with a unisex hair salon.

The Hotel Saratoga also has a Spa and Wellness Centre offering guests the opportunity to relax and unwind with different types of massage treatment, including facial, corporal processing and unisex programmes of hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, relaxation techniques and other natural treatments.

The Hotel Saratoga is also the venue of the "Blue Jazz Club" and the "Jazz Voyeur Festival", where every Thursday and Friday night between 11pm and 1am, various Jazz Artists on the island perform.

In recognition of their commitment towards caring for the environment, the Hotel Saratoga has been awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 14001:2004 certification awarded for the achievement of the highest standards in environmental management procedures, as well as the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
