The modern Hotel Romantic has a total of 78 guest rooms, including 70 twin rooms and a further 8 singles, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, some of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Pollensa. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services and lounge bar with satellite television.

Guests staying at the Hotel Romantic are also welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the nearby Hotel Pollensa Park which includes a large 33 metre outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children’s playground and mini-club as well as 2 tennis courts, a multi sports activity area for volleyball, five-a-side football, basketball and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Pollensa Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
