Built in 1970 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Hotel Residencia Peru Playa has a total of 29 guest rooms, including 2 single rooms and a further 27 doubles, which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel and come equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower along with a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
