Built in 1986 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1996, the modern low rise Hotel Pollentia Club complex has a total of 1062 guest rooms, that are distributed between the Hotel Pollentia Maris and the Hotel Pollentia Village, and set amidst 80,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television, fridge and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a choice of 4 on site restaurants, including the Ancora and Denario restaurants offering guests an extensive buffet menu as well as the specialties Pont Roma Restaurant and à la carte Grill Aquarius. Other facilities include 5 ADSL public internet terminals, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Pollentia Club also offers a choice of 3 air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, all of which come equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment including projector for transparencies, television, video, fax and photocopying service.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes two large outdoor freshwater swimming pools, with separate children's sections and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children’s playground and mini-club along with a smaller indoor heated pool with a fitness centre and gymnasium, saunas, Turkish bath, massage cubicles, hairdresser and solarium, as well as 6 tennis courts with artificial grass surfaces, 2 squash courts, 2 volleyball courts, a multi sports activity area for football etc and a small mini-golf course.

The Hotel Pollentia Club also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
