Built in 1970 and fully renovated during the winter of 1999, the low rise Hotel Nets has a total of 54 guest rooms, including 12 single rooms and a further 42 doubles, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Hotel Nets are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Marina Plaza Son Rigo, which includes a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's splash pool and Jacuzzi, in the Plaza area of the hotel, along with a smaller indoor heated pool and a modern fitness centre in the Son Rigo building. Other leisure facilities include spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols, and both pool and table tennis tables.
