Part of the prestigious Sol Melia Group of hotels, the 5 star Hotel Melia Victoria is situated along the central south coast of Majorca in the historic city of Palma. The hotel is built on the Paseo Marítimo overlooking the marina, approximately 500 metres to the west of the city centre and 12km from the Son Sant Joan International airport. The main city centre tourist attractions are within walking distance of the hotel and the small, sandy Cala Mayor beach is approximately 4.5km to the south west.

Built in 1962 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Melia Victoria has a total of 171 guest rooms including 144 double rooms, 16 singles, 5 junior suites and 6 suites, that are built over 6 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a safety deposit box available for rental that is large enough for a laptop, direct dial telephone, high speed ADSL internet connection, satellite and interactive television, Hi-Fi equipment including CD, radio and cassette player, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have panoramic views over the bay of Palma. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, games room and choice of air conditioned restaurants including the Restaurant Marivent serving a generous breakfast buffet, the a la carte Restaurant Veritas and finally the a la carte Restaurant La Terraza del Victoria which is open during the summer months.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a choice of both outdoor freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols as well as a smaller indoor heated pool with fitness center, offering guests a sauna and various massage treatments.
