Built in 1964 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Marina Pax has a total of 161 guest rooms, including 133 standard twin rooms and a further 28 singles, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, a games room, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children’s playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area for tennis, football and volleyball etc, a mini golf course and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Marina Pax also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
