Built in 1970 and fully renovated during the winter of 2001, the Hotel Los Principes has a total of 306 guest rooms including 86 self catering apartments, 184 double rooms, 22 singles and 14 suites that are distributed between three 5 storey buildings, which are built either side of the coast road, and set amidst 4,000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either pool, garden or sea views. In addition to the above, the apartments on the complex also have a living room and kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave. All guest rooms are also provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant serving buffet style meals, games room, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, which is surrounded by spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols along with a children's playground, Mini Club, tennis court and mini golf course.

Other leisure facilities include a Spa & Wellness centre, offering guests an additional heated indoor swimming pool (April, May and October) with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gymnasium as well as a variety of massage treatments.

The Hotel Los Principes also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring pistol shooting, archery, pool games and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.

In 2006, in recognition of the hotel's high standards of environmental management, the Hotel Grupotel Los Principes was also awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 14001:2004.
