Built in 1992 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Hotel Illot Suites and Spa has a total of 102 fully equipped Suites, each measuring 42m2 with a 6m2 terrace, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst 600m2 of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, a mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include 2 squash courts, 1 paddle court, as well as a further 5 hard surface tennis courts.

In addition to the above leisure facilities, the Hotel Illot Suites and Spa also offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind at one of the most outstanding Spa and Wellness Centres on Majorca, which features a variety of services and treatments including a 90,000m2 hydrotherapy pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, a relaxation area, steam bath, hydromassage area, Fango and seaweed therapies, corporal and facial treatments and a gymnasium with cardiovascular machines.
