Built in 1967 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1998, the Hotel Leman has a total of 121 guest rooms, including 7 single rooms, 91 doubles and a further 23 one bedroom self catering apartments, all of which are built over 7 floors and set amidst almost 900m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, mini bar, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, apartments at the Hotel Leman also have an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, and all guest rooms are provided with a daily maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section and Jacuzzi, as well as spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and a smaller indoor heated pool with gymnasium.

Of special interest to cyclists, the Hotel Leman also has a specially adapted area for storing, maintaining and repairing bicycles, which is equipped with individual security fittings, as well as a selection of basic cleaning and repair tools.

The Hotel Leman also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the hotel's high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Leman has been awarded the internationally recognised Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services, along with the E-MAS Certificate in which verified business establishments are required to recycle to pre-agreed standards.
