Built in 1929 and fully renovated during the winter of 2000, the Hotel Illa D'or is one of Mallorca's oldest and most traditional hotels, and has a total of 119 guest rooms including 108 twin rooms, 11 singles and 2 suites that are built over 4 floors and set amidst 250m2 of shady Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, mini bar, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have either sea or garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, games room, air conditioned à la carte restaurant and lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, as well as the Vital Illa d'Or Health and Beauty Centre which features an additional indoor heated swimming pool, small gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi, hairdresser and tennis court.

The Hotel Illa D'or also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music, and other professional shows three times each week.
