Part of the T H B Group of hotels, the 4 star rated Aparthotel Guya Playa has an enviable front line location around 500 metres from the Cala Agulla beach in the lively resort of Cala Ratjada on the north east coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and recently fully refurbished, the modern low rise Aparthotel Guya Playa has a total of 138 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and a further selection of studio flats, all of which are built over a single storey, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa-beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with complimentary high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Aparthotel Guya Playa also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a cardiovascular gymnasium with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and massage treatments.

The Aparthotel Guya Playa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
