Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1998, the modern low rise Aparthotel Flora has a total of 88 self catering apartments and studio flats that are that are distributed between 8 three storey buildings and set amidst 1,600m² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with mini-oven, fridge and two cooking rings, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
