Aparthotel Duva - Puerto Pollensa

The 4 star Aparthotel Duva is situated around 850 metres from the beach, in a quiet Siller district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2000, the modern low rise Aparthotel Duva has a total of 100 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 3,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the Aparthotel Duva are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, microwave oven, toaster, teapot, fridge/freezer and a complete dinner service set for 4 persons, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television with music channels and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, two apartments at the Aparthotel Duva have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms on the complex are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen three times a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with complimentary high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Aparthotel Duva also offers the use of three large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 262 guests, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including, high definition LCD monitors and projectors, remote control servo screens and high speed WiFi internet connections.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes 6 hard surface tennis, paddle and volleyball courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Aparthotel Duva also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features an additional indoor heated swimming pool with cardiovascular gymnasium, sauna, Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi, as well as offering a wide selection of other cosmetic and beauty treatments including massage, aerobics, pilates and yoga.

The Aparthotel Duva also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo, games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
