The 4 star rated Joan Miro Museum Hotel is located 200 metres away from the Pilar i Joan Miro Foundation in the quiet residential Sant Agusti district of the historic City of Palma de Mallorca.

The hotel is approximately 6km to the west of the city centre, 15km from the Son Sant Joan International airport and many of Palma other tourist attractions, including the Castillo de Bellver and Marivent Royal Palace, are also within walking distance of the hotel.

Built in 1974 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2017, the modern low rise Joan Miro Museum Hotel has a total of 97 spacious and comfortable guest rooms, offering a choice of both twin and family rooms along with the exclusive "Miro Room" which has been fully themed towards the figure of the artist, all of which are built over 5 floors and set amidst almost 2,500m² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, complimentary high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma.

In addition to the above features, a number of guest rooms at the Joan Miro Museum Hotel have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as laundry and medical services and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Of special interest to fitness and cycling enthusiasts, the Joan Miro Museum Hotel also offers the use of a cardiovascular gymnasium which is equipped with a selection of exercise bikes, elliptical machines, bench press and aerobics equipment along with a bicycle workshop offering repair and maintenance services and information about different cycling routes on the island.
