Built in 1998, the modern low rise Habitat complex has a total of 110 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between several 3 storey blocks of 6 apartments and set amidst 5,000m² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and lounge bar with television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's play area and both pool and table tennis tables.
