Built in 1985, the modern Fiesta Magamar complex has a total of 120 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open-plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings, refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with ceiling fan and additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided twice a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Due to its central location in Magaluf, during the summer months the Fiesta Magamar Apartments are most suited towards younger couples and groups of friends and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families or those travelling with young children.
