Built in 1971, the modern low rise Montelin complex is a small development of 20 self catering studio flats, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Montelin Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Villa Concha, which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities available at the Aparthotel Villa Concha includes a further outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, along with a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Villa Concha also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo, games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
