The 1 key Coco Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the beach in the lively
resort of Magaluf on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately
25km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few
steps from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants
and shops. Built in 1980 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Coco complex is a small development of 33 self catering studio type apartments which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with public internet terminals, a games room and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Due to the close proximity of the Coco Apartments to the centre of Magaluf, during the summer months these apartments are most suited towards younger couples and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families or those travelling with young children.
