Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Bellamar complex has a total of 27 one bedroom self catering apartments which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a small pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Pollensa.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Bellamar Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel Pollensa Park which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Hotel Pollensa Park includes a large 33 metre outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children’s playground and mini-club, as well as 2 hard surface tennis courts, a multi sports activity area for volleyball, five-a-side football and basketball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Pollensa Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
