The 1 key Balear Beach Apartments are situated close to the Torrenova headland in the lively resort of Magaluf
on the south west coast of Majorca. With grounds that overlook the wide sandy Son Matías beach, the apartments
are approximately 25km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 50 metres
from the Magaluf resort centre where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Balear Beach complex has a total of 16 guest rooms, including 12 one bedroomed self catering apartments, each sleeping a maximum of 4 people, and a further 4 studio flats each sleeping a maximum of 2 people, all of which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms at the Balear Beach complex are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a combined kitchenette/lounge area with two sofa beds, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the Son Matías beach and magnificent Bay of Magaluf. Guest facilities on offer include a lobby with reception desk and currency exchange facility.
