Built in 1965 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Augusta complex has a total of 59 guest rooms, including 10 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 49 studio flats, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst 100m2 of sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with safety deposit box available for hire, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a lounge bar.

For business guests, the Augusta Apartments also offers the use of 2 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, each seating a maximum of 60 people, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including a projector and screen, television, DVD and video.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
