Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Aparthotel Parque Nereida has a total of 110 one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over 2 floors and set amidst 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cooking rings and coffee maker, and a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa-beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area or towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, on-site supermarket, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with gymnasium, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Parque Nereida also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice each week.
