Built in 1989, the modern low rise Waikiki complex has a total of 69 one bedroomed self catering apartments, each sleeping a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with two electric cooking rings and a fridge, as well as a combined dining room/lounge area with two additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Guests staying at the Waikiki Apartments are also welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the nearby Hotel Hawaii Mallorca, which includes a children’s play area and mini club and additional freshwater swimming pools.

The Hotel Hawaii Mallorca also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
