Built in 1971 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999/2000, the modern low rise Vista Park complex is a small development of 20 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are located in a three storey annexe building, adjacent to the five storey Hotel Vista Park.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms are also provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest staying at the Vista Park Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel Vista Park, which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Vista Park also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 100 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of the latest state of the art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a hard surface tennis court, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Vista Park also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
