The modern Verdemar complex offers guests a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 7 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Santa Ponsa.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Verdemar Apartments also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room which is equipped with a selection the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Verdemar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
