Built in 1986 and fully renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Venecia resort complex has a total of 16 self catering apartments and studio flats that are spread over a 2 storey main building with two smaller annexe buildings overlooking a canal leading to the Lago Menor.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds as well as a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include reception areas with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, a games room and laundry service. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, a children's playground and sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols.
