Built in 1984 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern Sun Beach complex has a total of 95 self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 8 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a combined kitchenette/lounge area with direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services along with a snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures, a games room and lounge bar with satellite television. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.
