The 1 key Son Caliu Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Son Caliu district of the otherwise lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1km from the Palma Nova resort centre where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.

The modern low rise Son Caliu Apartments has a total of 29 one bedroomed self catering apartments which are built over 2 floors adjacent to the grounds of the prestigious 4 star Hotel Son Caliu.

All apartments are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette and combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most over which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guests staying at the Son Caliu Apartments are welcome to use the facilities of the nearby Hotel Son Caliu which include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, public internet terminals with WiFi access in all public areas, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with a la carte main course, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Son Caliu also offers a choice of 5 conference and meeting rooms, with a capacity to seat a maximum of 130 persons, all of which have natural daylight and come equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment including wireless internet access, DVD, television, wireless microphones, whiteboard and both overhead and slide projectors.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols as well as a tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

Other leisure facilities at the Hotel Son Caliu include a 1,100m2 Spa and Wellness centre, offering guests free entry to the thermal circuit including, steam bath with herbal inhalation, steam bath with salt inhalation, laconium, sauna, ice fountain, experience showers and an area for relaxation with heated waterbeds. It also offers a fitness room and gymnasium for collective courses and an indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and water jets.

In addition to the above and for an additional charge payable locally, the Spa “Oasis” offers 8 spacious individual cabins, where you can enjoy an extensive range of beauty treatments and massages including Gertraud Gruber treatment based on the Ayurvedic philosophy and orientation, Asian massage hot stone treatment and Bio – Release head massage.
