Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Solecito complex is a small development of 32 two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 4 two-storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have either pool or garden views. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms on the complex are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with a games room and a bar/cafeteria serving meals throughout most of the day.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
