Built in 1989, the modern low rise Ses Roquetes complex is a small development of 22 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 2 floors. All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, luggage rooms for late departures and a lounge bar with satellite television.
