The 2 key Ses Roquetes Apartments have an enviable beach front location, in the popular resort of
C'an Picafort on the north coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north of the
capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial
centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Built in 1989, the modern low rise Ses Roquetes complex is a small development of 22 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors overlooking the sea front promenade towards the magnificent Bay of Alcudia. All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa beds, satellite television, telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage room for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room and comfortable lounge bar with satellite television. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces that are furnished with loungers and parasols.
