Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Sea Club resort complex has a total of 175 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst almost 34,500m² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and fridge, a combined dining/living room with additional sofa-beds, safety deposit box available for hire, direct dial telephone and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area, with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with a games room, a small on site supermarket, laundry and medical services, as well as a buffet style restaurant offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Sea Club Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
