Built in 1984 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1998, the modern Saga Nova complex has a total of 93 guest rooms, including 24 one bedroomed self catering apartments and a further 69 studio flats, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst 300m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchen and combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most over which have exterior views over pool area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, snack bar and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Saga Nova Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
