The building, typical of the Majorcan rural design opens to the gardens with porches and a summerhouse, all near a most original and attractive swimming-pool with a solarium and an open Bar. The Hotel is decorated with simplicity and good taste; the outside light brightens the rooms through the large French windows. There are arches separating the different spaces; farm tools are used as ornaments on the walls and all fabrics for curtains and tapestry have the attractive and typical Majorcan pattern.

The restaurant of Sa Tanca is situated in what used to be the windmill of Garballó. It was built in 1914 to provide water for the Finca, and is now used to accommodate the guests of Sa Tanca, where they can enjoy tasty Mallorquin cuisine.

Sa Tanca has 6 double rooms with bathroom, air conditioning, mini bar, safe box and large terraces with deck-chairs from where one can admire the views of the countryside.
