Built in 1988 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Rossella complex has a total of 118 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 5 floors and set amidst almost 300m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All apartments on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Rossella Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
