The 2 key Ran de Mar Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the Playa Palmira
beach, in the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments
are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport,
and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection
of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Ran de Mar complex has a total of 60 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels and bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
