The 1 key Promenade Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the Playa Palmira
beach, in the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments
are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport,
and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection
of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1982, the modern low rise Promenade complex has a total of 54 guest rooms, including 44 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 10 studio flats, which are distributed between 3 three storey buildings overlooking a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided twice a week, undertaking a change of towels and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with luggage rooms for late departures, along with a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
