The 2 key Playas de Alcudia Apartments are situated around 20 metres from the beach, in the popular
resort of Puerto de Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north
of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, 1km from the harbour and commercial
centre of the resort, with its selection of shops, bars restaurant and nightlife, and 2km from the
historic Alcudia Old Town. Built in 1989, the modern low rise Playas de Alcudia complex is a small development of 18 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors overlooking a central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven and kettle, a combined dining/living room with two additional sofa-beds, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with laundry and medical services. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
