Built in 1988 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Playas Ca's Saboners complex has a total of 127 guest rooms, including 122 one bedroomed self catering apartments and a further 5 studio flats, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst 500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and utensils for 4 people, as well as a combined lounge/dining area with satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals with WiFi access, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Playas Ca's Saboners Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
