Part of the Hipotels Group of hotels, the 3 key Paraiso Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the
beach, in the popular resort of Sa Coma on the central east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately
65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 300 metres from the commercial
centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. Fully refurbished during the winter of 1996, the modern Paraiso Apartments complex has a total of 75 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 8 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings‚ microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, a games room and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Paraiso Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
