Fully renovated during the winter of 1996, the modern Paraiso Apartments complex has a total of 75 one-bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over 8 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric cooking rings‚ microwave oven and fridge, lounge with additional sofa beds, as well as a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either sea or pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, laundry service, public internet terminals, games room, air conditioned buffet style restaurant serving a choice of international and local cuisine, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Paraiso Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
