Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Oasis La Calita Apartments complex has a total of 70 one bedroomed self catering apartments, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst almost 500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All apartments are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a further separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini cub, along with a cardiovascular gymnasium and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Oasis La Calita Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
