The 2 key Monte Nova Apartments are situated around 400 metres from the beach
in the lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca.
The apartments are approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant
Joan International airport, and around 500 metres from the centre of the resort
where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Built over 4 floors overlooking an attractive heart shaped swimming pool, the Monte Nova Apartments complex has a total 40 self catering apartments, all of which come equipped with a private en suite bathroom with shower, along with a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and open plan lounge area with either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage rooms for late departures, a television lounge, public internet terminals, a games room and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Due to their central location in Palma Nova, from mid June to mid September each year the Monte Nova Apartments attracts large numbers of young singles and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families, or those travelling with small children.
