Built in 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern Marina Park Playa Apartments complex has a total of 72 one bedroomed self catering apartments, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst almost 500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All apartments are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge, a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area towards the sea. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's mini cub and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Marina Park Playa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
