Built in 1967 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005/6, the modern Mar y Paz Apartments has a total of 30 guest rooms, including 24 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 6 studio flats, which are built over 6 floors.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage rooms for late departures, a games room and lounge bar with satellite television. Across the road from the Mar y Paz Apartments, and under separate management, guests will find a salt water outdoor swimming pool and snack bar.
